The service
Lumora is an app to organise the equipment, documents, maintenance and service requests of your home. It is in a pilot phase, offered free of charge, and may change, gain or lose features.
Your account
You are responsible for your account information and for keeping access secure. Use truthful details and do not share your password. Lumora is intended for people aged 18 or over.
Your content
What you add remains yours. You allow us to store, process and display it only to provide the service (for example to home members and technicians you share with). Only upload data and documents you have the right to use, including other people’s data.
AI suggestions
AI reading produces suggestions that may be wrong. Review them before accepting; nothing is applied without your confirmation. AI reading has a monthly limit per home and may be unavailable.
Technicians and providers
Invited technicians are independent third parties. Lumora does not handle payments, does not hire or guarantee their services and is not a party to agreements between you and them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lumora for illegal activities, to upload malicious content, to try to access other people’s data or to overload the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Availability and liability
We keep backups and look after security, but the service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Keep the originals of important documents; you can export a home’s data at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the service.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. If the service is discontinued, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
Governing law and contact
